We recommend downloading the ticket at home before going to the venue in order to expedite access and avoid queues at the venue.

Tickets purchased by Resident Advisor:

Tickets sold through AR are digital and can be downloaded from My Tickets. Just select your order and re-enter your password, and you will be given the option to download your ticket. You can also access your entry through the RA Guide app for iOS.

Event tickets are activated 48 hours before the start of the event; before you will not be able to download them. This helps prevent the circulation of false entries, excessive prices, or possible scams.

Yes, it is possible to display it both ways. However, we recommend avoiding printing it on paper so that we contribute and help the environment. You can download your ticket in a PDF or in the Resident Advisor app, it is important to have it ready to show before reaching the end of the queue, this way you will facilitate the task for the access staff.

Yes, at the entrance to the venue you must be able to prove, if requested by the security personnel, that you are of legal age; so the DNI or NIE is the easiest way to do it. You already know that the Brunch is for people over 18 years of age, so we recommend that you always carry your original official identification document (a driver's license or passport also works) with you, they may ask you for it at the entrance.

With general admission, only people over 18 years of age can enter. In the celebrations that there is Petit Brunch, people of all ages will be able to enter in the time slot that covers it.

We recommend that you buy your ticket in advance. Tickets will only be sold at the box office on days that advance tickets have not been sold out.

We do not support third party reselling platforms, including TicketSwap.

We work exclusively with Resident Advisor to provide a revised and fair method of reselling tickets. All tickets will require the original purchaser and their ID to be present at the door, any tickets purchased from an unapproved third party will not allow access. We are against the resale market for duplicate and unofficial tickets.

  • It is a ticket valid for 10 events in Barcelona during the 2023 season.

  • Unipersonal and non-transferable pass (the DNI/NIE will be requested at the entrance together with your pass).

  • Valid for Brunch Electronik Festival. If you go 3 days, 3/10 are subtracted.

We always recommend that tickets are purchased exclusively through the official platform, Resident Advisor. In the event that a person decides to re-sell the ticket in one way or on another platform, the name change must be made by writing to ticketsupport@ra.co (not “.com”). It may be that the ID of the person holding the ticket at the access is requested.

Yes, it is the only way that RA enables the ticket resale option.

At Brunch Electronik we do not work with a VIP table. However, you have the opportunity to buy a backstage ticket, which would be equivalent to the VIP ticket. This ticket includes access to backstage (more space and behind the DJ), the VIP bars and the VIP bathrooms.

Advance tickets for the after party are sold online through the RA platform.

Hello, if the event is sold out, we cannot increase the number of tickets for sale, nor put another release. The only option would be to look on the event page (see our event through the link in the bio) and if you see that there are tickets for sale in the latest release, they will be for resale.

En caso de cancelación previa a la apertura de puertas del evento, por motivos ajenos a la organización, se reembolsará el importe íntegro de la entrada.

Access

You can bring bags as long as they are not too big (i.e. you can bring a backpack but not a suitcase).

You are not allowed to leave the venue and re-enter. If you do so, you will have to pay for your ticket again, as long as it is not sold out.

We would love to, but animals are not allowed.

We do not have a cloakroom. However, there will be lockers inside for personal belongings. There will also be a locker at the entrance to leave small items such as motorbike helmets, or items that are not allowed to be brought into the event (no clothing).

*After two months, all the objects left in the locker and that have not been claimed will be donated to different associations with which we collaborate. The same applies to lost objects.

Come to the access area and the STAFF will take your personal data. After each event you can check info@brunchelectronik.com or send MD to our Instagram.

Entry will not be allowed with professional cameras (reflex) or video cameras. With the exception of those cases expressly authorised by the organisation.

Está terminantemente prohibido entrar al recinto con sustancias ilegales. Cualquier persona que sea sorprendida portando o consumiendo algún tipo de sustancia ilegal será expulsada del evento.

Todos los asistentes deberán pasar por un estricto control donde se realizará un cacheo y se revisarán bolsos, mochilas, carteras y riñoneras.

Weather

Las entradas se compran asumiendo el riesgo de inclemencias climáticas. En caso de cancelación por motivos ajenos a la organización no será bonificado el importe proporcional.

En caso de previsión de lluvias resulta imposible cambiar de ubicación o colocar una carpa, debido principalmente al tiempo que demora en aprobar un plano de implementación validado (suele conllevar un mes). Sin embargo, en caso de que la lluvia decida unirse a nuestra fiesta, estaremos preparados para brindaros chubasqueros a todxs, para que podáis disfrutar de la música y el baile sin importar las condiciones climáticas. Además, se recomienda en estos casos que traigáis ropa y calzado adecuados, para que podáis vivir la experiencia al máximo.

Compromis

Sí, podrán disfrutar de un descuento del 50% sobre el precio final en taquillas aunque estemos SOLD OUT. Podrás solicitar tu entrada con descuento directamente en taquillas el mismo día del evento, llevando el DNI y un recibo/factura donde salga el Código Postal con tu nombre en el domicilio indicado.

Tell us for what date you are interested in obtaining your ticket, send us your certificate and we will tell you how to proceed. We will transfer your needs to the teams in order to offer you the best experience and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

We are working to implement new accessibility measures in our events and for now we have a discount system for people with PRM.

If the event is SOLD OUT and you do not have a ticket, we cannot guarantee entry to the event with or without a discount.

En todos nuestros eventos tenemos un SAFE SPACE en el que ofrecrecemos asistencia e información a todas aquellas personas que lo soliciten.

También podrás encontrar nuestro Stand LGTBIQ+ y Feminista en caso de situaciones de acoso/discriminación.

Además contamos con un Punto de Prevención y Fiesta Segura con un equipo de psicólogos profesionales que te atenderán en caso de asistencia leve. 

Para situaciones más graves contamos con Servicios Médicos.

Somos una celebración sin plásticos de un solo uso y trabajamos para que nuestros eventos sean 100% circulares.

You can access the venue with the food you want. As for the drink, you can access with a bottle of water of less than half a liter, in a plastic bottle.
